We had a great day in the gardens feeding the ducks and geese then exploring the castle. The setup to introduce you to the history of the castle is really informative and the staff offer great assistance. The self tour is well laid out, easy to follow with lots of information. All in all a lovely place for a day.... More

we have purchased a season ticket for Leeds Castle for the past 8 years running, we all enjoy it as a family. Great fun for the kids, they particularly like the maze. i would highly recommend it.

We were so lucky to visit this most wonderful castle on such a gorgeous sunny day. The grounds are beautiful and looked after very well. The Castle itself was impeccable, staff were good and to my surprise you can take pictures.

I was waiting to come to Leeds Castle for 10 years and was bitterly disappointed by the experience. Firstly the price is a fair bit - £24.50 for an adult. I would say personally it's not worth the money, even though it's a years' access. The grounds themselves are quite nice, lots of plants and lots of gardeners making them... More

I went to Leeds Castle with a friend of mine and we had a lovely time. The grounds are very beautiful and we were very lucky with the weather. The castle rooms are beautifully kept and very light and airy so you can see all the details of the various rooms. We even went into the maze and though we... More

Absolutely loved my visit here for my Birthday! I thought I saw a ghost! I couldn't believe it, really interesting to learn about all the history as I missed history in school. Excellent day out!

It's pretty, but not particularly impressive and has very little historical significance. Most of it is actually quite recent. Worth a visit if you are in the area, but if you're in London, there are better daytrips available...

Leeds "Castle" is a manor house built on top of an older castle that was a private residence until 1974 when it was given to the National Trust. It is a beautiful property with pristine landscaping and an abundance of water birds including swans and geese. To be honest, I thought the manor was interesting, but was more pleased with... More

We stayed at the castle courtyard rooms, quite small but very nice and clean, excellent shower, we looked over the lake, we spent a good few hours walking around the grounds which was lovely, seen the kingfishers x2, the castle is small but really nice inside and out, birds of prey are excellent too, well worth a visit or an overnight...
