Probably cheaper to drive to bluewater which is a shame as this takes business away from our town. Could also do with more toilette... More

The mall is need a bit of TLC it is in need of some updating. The bus station is dilapidated and the toilets are not customer friendly and just smell and are also very dirty.

Just had a refurb and to be honest, looks like the designer was a little dull. Lots of plan white and. no real character. It's got plenty of shops but it's nothing special.

They are doing the place up a bit but it's still nothing fantastic, the new loos often have empty soap dispensers for example.

I walk through The Mall most days and I am finding the new floor incredibly slippery. The original floor was always fine.

The Mall like many other shopping centres has a variety of outlets, the benefit is that you are under cover. Like other areas it has had several shops closed, the latest BHS. The centre is u derv ping refurbishment at the moment putting a brighter appearance to the shops. It's disappointing that the fixed fee for parking on Sunday's has... More
