Elmdon Heath country park is indeed a 'hidden haven' tucked away behind Jaguar Land Rover plant in Solihull. It is full of variety meadows, manor gardens, pools and stream. It has a play park and church as well as notice boards explaining the history of the demolished Elmdon Hall and its estate.

This is a well maintained park with easy access.I have a mobility scooter and have no difficulty in travelling around the park. Always feel I am in the country, which is great. I have a friend in the locality which is a bonus.

A lovely green place that I have fond memories of from my childhood; my daughter enjoyed walking around the lake and playing Pooh sticks on one of the bridges. We loved the noise of the birds and squirrels and the wind blowing through the trees. We'll pop in for a walk when we are in the area as it is... More

I've been coming to this park since my childhood and know just about every inch of it. I love this place, for its size and all the little nooks and crannies; the woodland areas being my favourite. Its also the only place I've ever heard a woodpecker! The downside of coming here is a follows: both the upper and lower... More

A park is a park. not much else to say really, The grass is green, the trees are woody. Sometimes the local youths are disturbing.

Great for dogs and walkers alike, go here every day ( weekends only in winter until clocks go forward). Lots of space and the country park is great for spotting the occasional deer and chasing rabbits. Only concern is the lack of fencing separating the A45 which I know is of concern to other dog owners worried their dogs may... More

Acres of fields to have a picnic or kick a ball about. Lots of paths to ride a bike or scooter. Lovely well kept lake to feed the ducks or just chill and enjoy the view. Woods to ramble in and a shallow brook to get the kids in wellys and a little fishing net to catch some catfish or... More

We often visit this park with grandchildren to feed the ducks and to play in the kids play area. We take long walks around the lake and up to the top of the hill near the church. Large park, grean space and plenty of space for the kids to run.
