Part of the Church of England, this lovely, small and inviting place of worship is part of Manchester's city center, which has undergone major redevelopment in recent years.

Not the biggest cathedral you are ever going to visit and there was building work going on when we visited which didn't let us see the place in it's best light.

Glorious building. So much architecture to appreciate. It's so quiet and tranquil, I could have just sat for hours in there. Lovely building.

A truly amazing and magnificent building. A 600-year old Cathedral that has suffered damage during World War II and has been restored to its former glory. The recently installed organ in 2016 is beautiful. A site not to be missed in Manchester.

This building took 252 years to build and it shows. It's huge and beautiful. We went on Sunday to their Evensong (even though we're not that religion, they were very welcoming.)
