The O2 Apollo Manchester opened on August 29th 1938 and is one of the premier concert venues in England, with shows from every major rock, pop and comedy act on the touring circuit. The breadth of styles of events covers every market - the cutting edge of modern British music, through some of the biggest artists from overseas, popular comedy, and music for older generations. With both fully seated and part-standing formats, this versatile venue increases its footfall and presentations year on year. Art Deco in style, the Grade II listed building has been central to the British touring circuit for decades, attracting Best Venue nominations and patrons from across the globe.

I took my partner and my 2 sons to watch ZZ top and at £84 a ticket in my opinion was very overpriced. Seats were just about bearable, no real room to move. From a sound perspective I disagree with some of the other comments....More

Had never been to the venue before and while it is stunning from the inside, it was ruined by all the staff - how many do you need?! The place was busy enough without all the staff standing along the corridors doing nothing, and even...More

Been to the Apollo many times over the years for music and comedy gigs. It is my favourite comedy venue in Manchester due to the intimate nature. Even though it's quite big, you get a good view from all round the venue. It's not too...More

Rickie Gervais was well worth the effort to go to see him. My mates got the tickets and we travelled down together. Good seats, organisation was impressive for so many people. Amazing how well they have got things back to as normal as possible after...More
