We were following a walking tour of Manchester, and this was one of the buildings on St Peter's Square. The glass entry is, as you can imagine, quite modern, as a contrast from the rest of the building.

its free so that's a good start , the baby 'n' me where mucking about it here for hours waiting for mummy , it's dry and the baby change toilets are massive.

Stunning architecture & facilities. You are free to wander round the whole building , or sit & read, use the interactive features. There is also a coffee shop & small visitor shop. We loved it.

What floor is good to sit down and do your own revision?

If you want absolute quiet while doing revision, then the reading room which is on the same floor as the music section. Otherwise, all the other floors have tables and chairs where many are taking for revision time.
How much does it cost to print A4 from copying machine?

Yes in the reading room there are plugs at the end of the tables :)
