My wife thought it would be boring, and changed her mind practically as soon as we entered. I expected it to be interesting, and wasn't disappointed in the least.

Didn’t even know this was here until recently, but what a great place! The display cabinets are more suited to adults, but there is still lots for little ones to see. Our 6 & 7 yr old loved searching for fingerprints, and having their own...More

My friends booked a tour around the museum. What a fantastic time we had. The lady who did the tour was very informative. The building from the outside looks very small but it is like a tardis on the inside. We shall definitely visit again....More

This place is FANTASTIC. Can’t believe I’ve lived in Manchester for years and never been. From the outside it’s very unassuming- the building is actually an old police station. It’s like a tarsus though as inside there’s so much to see and explore. You can...More

The museum was really nice. I saw some good interesting police stuff. Weird old police guns and different types of police vehicles.

Loads to see here, with some great displays of uniforms and crime memorabilia from Manchester. There is an impressive collection of truncheons, police whistles and weaponry too. The visit to the cells filled with the various mugshots was particularly atmospheric. Staff were very friendly and...More
