I came here tonight to watch the film ‘Hereditary’ but once I had bought my ticket I was turned away as I didn’t have ID with me even though I am clearly 16 years old. I had planned my whole week around this and had...More

This cinema is no longer an Odeon as it's been taken over by Vue. However it still feels like the old Odeon as Vue haven't gotten around to fully redecorating it yet. As a result the place feels very much as it's in transition and...More

Good cinema but we went lost inside for screen 18 as the open door was covering the number...there was nobody to ask...on the actual floor... The movie “Quite place” was stupid...not worth to watch... Anyway I’ll coming back to watch another movie on 3D instead...

After a recent visit to the cinema with my friends, I can safely say I never intend on visiting again. Once we were in the cinema, we bought our tickets and food and then went into the screen. A couple tripped over our popcorn, evidently...More

We used to go here quite a lot when it was Odeon but an ongoing problem is that all odeons are so cold. You can't relax or enjoy the film because you're shivering in yout seat. This is the same at the new Odeon at...More

Viewing experience itself is fine but supporting infrastructure is being done on the cheap. 20/25 min queue just to but popcorn? No toilet paper in cubicles? Just not acceptable. Not the staffs fault, just to few of then trying to do to many things.

Cinema is fine, with good quality seats and screens. Can be a bit stuffy if lots of people are in. On its own, I would rate it a 4. However, the quality of the snack stalls leaves a lot to be desired. A bag of...More
