We took part in the Holy Wine tour on 17th April and really enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Nicolas was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of the region and the production of wine, and was very inclusive of all of the guests. A particular highlight was the tour and tasting at Chateau Fombrauge. When in Bordeaux, a wine... More

A superb trip to St Emilion and two vineyards, Chateau Tailhas and Chateau Boutinet. Wine tasting at all three locations and a lovely little tour around St Emilion as well. Being a small group in a minibus meant that it was quite a personal excursion and a good afternoon was had by all. Helped by Marianne's excellent English. I would... More

Spent a fabulous Easter Sunday morning with John at Saint Emilion. The first stop at Chateau de Ferrand was superb with an extremely knowledgeable guide from the winery to take us through the Chateau, the winemaking process and the tasting. The medieval village of Saint Emilion itself is magic and the second tasting really gave us the opportunity to understand... More

Our excellent and knowledgable guide, Camille, who also drove very safely and considerately in a new VW van, led a splendid tour of the Graves, Loupiac and Pomerol with a visit to St.Emilion thrown in. Lovely countryside and pretty villages. Many tastings of red, white, sparkling and sweet Bordeaux wines were enjoyed at various interesting locations including Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion,... More

We had a wonderful trip with two other couples. Our charming guide Camille spoke impeccable English and was a wealth of knowledge in all things related to wine. We saw three wineries as well as the ancient village of St-Émilion. It included a nice picnic paired with a delicious sweet wine at Château Dauphiné Rondillon. The wines were all good... More
