The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. They provided a sufficient amount of information to ensure we had a good day out in Bordeaux

This is a very small tourist bureau for a city the size of Bordeaux and with so much to see. The staff were very helpful although it took quite some time to get through the queue to talk to one.

Staff is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable (they do visits themselves and can talk about it) and they will arrange visits for the various Chateaux for you. Avoid the St Emilion afternoon tour which is a bit of a con (arranged by a 3rd party)
Very helpful assistants who speak English. They helped us fathom out the Tram Network Useful guides and a small shop
We were confused about how to please all six in our party but staff were very helpful to us about selection to make, times needed etc. Worth going in if you want to make the most of your stay.
