Despite it being a fairly mediocre day in March and a general lack of blue sky, we were still blown away by the view of the mountains. Definitely worth a visit unless low cloud is obscuring the mountains.
Just imagine have a cup of espresso, or a glass of cold white wine in a truly french café enjoy a breathtaking view. I still reminisce of this.

Great walking district. We strolled the Boulevard des Pyrenees, (Napoleon recommended it be built) with vistas of the snow capped Pyrenees, overlooks gardens of Palm trees, Eglise Saint Martin and Musée National et domaine du Château de Pau. While in Pau on business.
