Good place to visit on a rainy day, the library inside contains a good selection of books on the region and Breton culture. Worth having a look! There is a nice terrace with the view over the port right next to the building.

an amazing building! the library is wonderful and so is the whole building. the whole city should be a building to protect the people from the horrible weather (constant wind and unexpected showers).

This is best place to see in Brest. Quite big building - like loft - giving lot of space and light for people so they can spend their time in a way they like. On ground level you can see kids riding bikes or rollerblades,...More

Incredible place. Old army factory converted in a leisure space for citizens of Brest. People can run, skate, there is a fantastic public library where both children and adults can play board or electronic games such as gameboy, wii... There is also a piano which...More
