Th building is quite plain outside, but lovely within - the city idiots graffiti is sprayed on outside walls. The interior is lovely and well worth an hour or more of your time.

The Cathedral was poorly signed and so it did not feel very welcoming. But when we got in we were pleased with a serene, warm and charming nave; all conducive for contemplation. It was a refreshing change because in France, like Italy, you can drown...More

This cathedral is so impressive it is difficult to describe. Dark embossed wood dominates the walls and ceiling. The building is very large, with several entrances. I will post photos on TravelWiseEurope.com

This cathedral has one of the prettiest interiors I have seen. It is gorgeous and was refurbished in the 19th century with gilt, paintings, stucco, and marble. It is quite large and easy to access.

This is not one of France's ancient cathedrals. It was built during the 19th century. It has a somewhat austere exterior. The inside however is highly decorated and brightly painted. Worth a look if you're in the area.

It may be a little unprepossessing from the outside - but make the effort to go inside and you will not be disappointed.

This vast cathedral with it's ancient history is very impressive. Allow at least an hour or two to take in the outstanding paintings and statues and absorb the wonderful atmosphere.

The outside of this Cathedral is grey, hard and austere. It is rooted to the square and hardly looks welcoming but it is really worth the visit. Walk in and and allow your eyes to drift to the ceiling and see amazing art works which...More

Beautiful cathedral with gilded wood lectern. Interesting lighting of chandeliers. Half the church has been cleaned and looks great. Easy to find. Closes for three hours at lunch.

Someone cleaned off the graffiti, so the exterior of the church looks fine. Apparently, a cathedral has stood on this site since the sixth century. The gothic cathedral was constructed in the 12th century and the western facade and towers date from then. However, after...More

Not spectacular in any way, and, surprisingly, hard to find! Unusually dar even for a Cathedral. There has been no upkeep in recent years.

Nice Cathedral.. There is no crowd so very nice for shooting but difficult as there is no big space around. I did enjoy it a little :)
