We visited this house twice during our stay in Epernay. It is a beautiful house with a wide range of champagnes to taste by the glass at very reasonable prices. There is a seating area both inside and outside. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained each champagne to us. We ended up buying three bottles!

Visited as part of our trip up the Avenue de Champagne. Very classy house. Champagne very nice. I tried the blanc de blanc which was lovely. The lady was very helpful. Sat outside very well worth a visit,

I read some negativity in other reviews about having to wait 5 minutes before being served etc... What a nightmare having to wait 5 minutes in such a gorgeous mansion! Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, building and location is outstanding and breakfast is good. I would recommend this place and I'd book it again when in Epernay.

Arrived late Thursday afternoon. Friday spent the day sightseeing, arrived back at 5pm to find that our room had not been serviced. When trying to speak to the staff who speak no English we ascertained that the maid had cut her finger and then was distracted. Finally our beds were made minibar restocked and bathroom items replenished but neither room... More

We popped in to A Bergère on a TripAdvisor recommendation that their tasting bar was good. It's more than that. Tristan was charming and helpful, their Rosé and Brut were particularly good. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

We deliberately visited this particular house as we had bought some of their wine on a trip somewhere else and on our visit to the region wanted to buy some from them. The lady who served us was very knowledgable about the wines and generous with her servings, but be aware as with most of the large houses you pay... More

We were on the Ave de Champagne and popped in for a degustation. Service was polite. Cost is 5 or 6 euros per glass depending on which champagne you choose. The champagne was a 3/5 for me. I suppose if you are on the avenue it's worth a visit.

We visited 7 champagne houses during our stay and this was by far the worst and our only negative experience during our visit to Epernay. We visited just after lunch and waited over 5 mins to be served by the attendant but he was no where to be seen (it turns out he was hanging out in the building across... More

A family run champagne house in the countryside close to Etoges, the champagne is fresh, clean, and refreshing. Our hostess, Veronique, was one of the most charming people we met in our trip to France. She was very knowledgeable about the grapes, the process of making the champagne, and so willing to share her expertise. We spoke only in French... More
