We did the Muse Clues tour in August with Nathalie, who was a wonderful and informative guide. I still think almost daily about Winged Victory and the Venus de Milo! Nathalie did a wonderful job engaging our three kids, ages 8, 10 and 11, and...More
We did the French Revolution Murder Mystery tour and the Muse Cluse tours with a ten year old, both pre-booked as private tours. These were both fantastic experiences.
The French Revolution tour is listed as 12+, but our 10 year old found it fascinating and...More
I know it sounds superfluous to spend money on a private tour of the Louvre. Let me tell you it was the best money I spent on our entire vacation! The Louvre is so huge. You could walk around and look at artwork after artwork,...More
My boys, ages 10 and 7, were completely, utterly engaged by our magical, deeply knowledgeable guide, Raquel, who brought the Louvre to life for us on our family's tour/treasure hunt. Highly, highly recommend. My older son is reaching the eye-rolling stage of childhood, and even...More
We found Paris Muse and reviews on TripAdvisor, and now can agree with the excellent reviews! We learned so much about the history of the Louvre, and French history, as well as the art. Our guide, Orane, was so helpful, answered our questions, met us...More

Kotryna was amazing! We spent about 2.5 hours seeing the best the Lourve had to offer. We saw all of the "must see" pieces, and plenty of others. She tailored the tour to our interests. This tour, and this guide, are highly recommended! When we...More
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal, this neighbourhood oozes luxury. The grand arches along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front of decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is lined with the world’s best jewelers and their glittering window displays. Every other establishment has someone to open the door for you or park your car. You can spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops
or lingering over a meal at any of its chic eateries. After all that indulgence, the Tuileries gardens provide stately respite, while theatres compete for your applause. It's a neighbourhood that draws admirers from around the world, all attracted to the luxe life in Paris.

Hi ! I actually think 4,5 years old is too young to visit the Louvre, even with the Muse tour... they have a younger children programm, but I would also recomend to email them and ask them about it. Probably the Cité des Sciences, the jardin d'acclimatation and renting a no license boat on the Seine are better options ;-) have a good trip!
