The church is quite large but very beautiful. Also very busy, the line up to get into the church moves quite quickly as people pretty much enter, walk around and leave. There are so many altars and sculptures, pictures and stain glass art to see...More

Must see while in Paris. Our guide in English was very knowledgeable about the history that involved both political and religious during the construction from beginning to present time.

You cannot leave Paris without visiting Notre dame. It’s a must see in Paris, you should visit the inside and the garden. It’s located in a very animated and lively area. Don’t forget to grab a Bertillon icecream after the visit.

A very busy site with tourists and selfie-takers! But so beautiful, and historic, it's a must see in Paris. Lots of little souvenir shops etc nearby too.

Tour of cathedral was fine but climbing to the top is worth it. Just get your time slot online or at a kiosk ( on the right side). Great views of Paris

Wonderful view, get there early to avoid the crowds. There’s often French police in and around the area monitoring, so it feels quite safe. Walk from the metro is not far either.

Second time going here and once again blown away by it. Beautiful and serene and heard the bells ringing when we went past on the river boat the night before which was marvellous.

Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,
sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,

You can take the backpack with you. They will ask you to open and check at the gates. We had backpack, they checked and let us in. Not a problem. You an keep it with you all through out the tour after that.
