This short street leads from the Tuiliers gardens to the iconic Place Vendome. It's a luxurious street with jewelry and high end fashion stores.
Not my cup of tea when exploring, but nice to see.

A lot of really nice stores, most of them were too expensive for me though. There were all the high end jewelry stores (Tiffany, Cartier, etc) and then expensive watch stores (Breitling and others) among other shops.

This splendid, elegant short street was located just a short walk from our Paris hotel. Consequently, we had the opportunity to walk along its short length several times.
Located at one end was the Place Vendome whilst at the other end was the rue de Rivoli. Located in between, under covered walkways were a variety of upmarket boutiques, gift shops, hotels and restaurants.
Some of these establishments provide some good opportunities for window shopping and if the budget allows it, some retail therapy.
If you happen to be having a bit of a wander around the 1st arrondissement, do not ignore this fascinating little street. It is well worth a browse.

The Rue de Castiglione is the street connecting the Place Vendome to the Jardin de Tuileries. A very chic street with lovely hotels, boutiques and restaurants, it is right at the heart of Paris' 1e arrondissement.

I loved it! The Hotel Lotti was where I stayed and being tired from a long day at Versailles my sister and I were too tired to go out to eat so they ahd greatrest little pastry shop a few doors down picked up some tarts and put on our bathrobes provided by the Lotti and ate the best raspberry tarts in the world! They had the cutest little gift shop where I was to purchase a gold turtle pin that I could nto find in the States. Up the Rue the monumnet tall and proud in the center of the square surrounding by shops.

It is ground zero for tourism in Paris, across from the Louvre and off the Rue du Rivoli. You will find a lot of stores selling souvenirs and things that tourists want and need. So not great shopping, but good for tourists. In the center.

It's a short street for shopping purposes off Rue de Rivoli, so it is right in downtown Paris, close to the Louvre and some high-end areas, also the Opera. Shopping here.

Stretching from the Tuileries gardens, Rue de Rivoli to Place Vendome, is this short street with architecturally beautiful buildings, that have posh shops.

If you like to explore stores selling high-end merchandise, this is the street for you. Clothes and jewelry, plus some expensive places to eat and drink. Fashionable but not cool and youthful.

There is a store that sells Royal Tapisserie Accessories such as eyeglass cases and cosmetic casses. I would like to get in touch with the store and hopefully place an order. It is very close to the corner of Rue de Castiglione and Rue de Rivoli. Help!! JL Chicago
