The worst part of our trip to Paris every time. Compared to the pleasant experience at Kings Cross our experience at GDN getting the Eurostar is always awful and that’s when the trains are working. Long queues with no order and people pushing. When they...More

We took the Eurostar train from Paris to London, and when we arrived at Gare du Nord, there were no signs at all, saying where to go for the Eurostar train. I had to ask an employee where to go! She pointed upstairs and that's...More

A bad review again. Having to go through this station every time we use the eurostar just reminds me of the different approach to customer satisfaction these two countries take. Overcrowded inefficient poor design . Just a little cleaner than before though . There is...More

I literally lost sleep the night before my travel, anxious. Why you ask? Due to the horrendous reviews. The Paris Gare du Nord was a very pleasant experience. Once I e there’s Gare du Nord train station, Euro star had a sign on the elevator...More

This station has too many works going on at the moment. Though safe it was slightly unnerving walking over the steel plates which were in several places at the station. Too bad toilets are not free at 0.70 euro a pop! This station is massive....More

We found this train station to be relatively compact and easy to navigate, far less confusing than many others we've been to. Our taxi dropped us off up front 25 minutes before our Thalys departure, and we had no problem finding the correct boarding track,...More

This station was probably fit for purpose when it was first built. Steam trains would have chuffed in and out to domestic destinations. With SNCF, Thayls and Eurostar all competing for space in 2018 this is no longer the case. We used Eurostar to get...More

Very important rail station in Paris. Either you are travelling to London, Brussels or Amsterdam, here is your departure point. Also for some domestic destinations. You can find restaurants and limited amount of shops (press, mainly). But the place in an eternal process of reconstruction....More

It's about 30 minute walk! Or take the RER train with some walking about 10 min.

If you are taking the Eurostar you need at least 2 hours. You have to go through French immigration, then British immigration, then bag and body scanning.
