The venue was amazing and the view to the stage was absolutely awesome! We enjoyed the show so much!! We had space to move during the concert and it was a great experience

Great arena but check out my seat! No rail to prevent a fall and a void with an ebike in it. When it's a balcony! What the hell. So dangerous. Yes that's my feet and that's the void. The light it the picture is the flash. How dangerous is this in the dark. Shameful and worrying

A big arena that feels small and safe due to the great organisation. Getting in and out of the busy concert was easy, no crowds at the bar or toilets (before and during the concert). Good acoustics. Only bad thing - my friend got charged double for her one drink at the bar (only noticed the next day so can't say how they would've solved the problem had she noticed straightaway).

Out of all the 1000 Masters events in Tennis, this is one of the worst ones. The venue is great and easy access from town, and easy to get in, but that's where it stops. Unless you go later on in the event, when the matches are only happening on the center court, it is a pain. The main court has lots of seating, and you can enjoy it even from the top seats, and you can walk around, there are food facilities etc. However if you are a true tennis fan, and want to enjoy the whole action, FORGET IT! The 2nd and 3rd courts are in the basement, and they are tiny. Now if you are lucky and get in , you do get to be very close to the action and the players, but the organization fails here. You have to queue up, as there is no reserved seating, this would be fine. But the bouncer only lets in 2-3 people every 15 minutes, and after 1.5 hours of queuing (missing valueble action time form the main court too....) you are greated with a half empty audience!!!! It is appaling. The ushers should make sure the seating is full up, as it is so upsetting to have loads of people queueing outside clearly interested in the matches, and the players have to play with a half empty stadium..... I have been to queens club many times for the 500 event, and there even on the unreserved seating, the ushers very kindly help the crowd to maximise the seats. The ushers in Paris are more like bouncers, who don't even know about tennis etiquette, as they don't coordinate with the change of ends to let people in and out, it is just a shame. At a 1000 event there is so much more going on then just centre court, but you have no chance to really enjoy it. The prices on the other hand are fair, it is one of the cheapest tournaments to attend.

We visited this arena to see Nightwish on 30 Novembre 2022,
Despite the large size, we got into the arena via security quickly, There were staff outside directing people to the most appropriate entrance, which was very helpful, & after security, there were staff in the foyer and in the arena itself to point you in the right direction- super helpful service
The show started at 7.00 pm, the doors opened at 6.00 pm and the accor arena website said arrive 2 hours before; so we had a drink and turned up at 6ish - no probs.
No queues for the toilets!
Stands selling t shirts etc both in the foyer (crowded) and up the stairs adjacent to the doors to the arena (not crowded); there were also folk selling ear plugs if worried about the noise.
We bought a bottle of water (3 times supermarket price) & the guy removed the plastic bottle top in case we were going to throw it at someone! Will bring a cork next time
The arena is large and we were in bank of seats U which is directly facing the stage but at the other end; there were large TV screens next to the stage, I take a monocular to concerts, which I found helpful. Music was great, which was the main thing.
As always, Nightwish were great :)

Great venue with swift security and helpful staff. This was my first visit to this arena, to see The Cure in Paris and if they ever play here again I would return. Recommended.

Neither of us had been to the Arena previously.
Wow, what a surprise! The exterior of the Arena is flanked by huge grassy banks, making it appear that the Arena is inside some mountain top or huge hill.
Security was excellent.
The building appears to be quite new and looks very well maintained and cared for.
The inside was massive. There was plenty of room for five international Judo size mat areas. The large area of comfortable, padded, seating guaranteed an excellent atmosphere for the contests.
We were fortunate enough to witness the first loss in ten years of the French heavyweight world champion, Teddy Riner! Even though I was disappointed to see him lose, the electric and highly charged atmosphere within that splendid Arena made the experience a positive one.
The AccorHotels Arena hosts all types of activities, from sporting to musical.
The lucky Parisians, having that on their doorstep!

I have visited this space for various concerts from years past for a concert by Pavarotti to most recently Sting. It is huge but with that said good seats can be had. Most concerts make use of the overhead and side of stage screens. BEWARE that the upper level is quite high and extremely steep steps to access the seating. Even for someone without height issues, it can make you feel vertigo. Be careful when choosing seats if you have difficulty with stairs in general as most sections have no railings!
