Whether it's a new pair of trainers, Paris T-shirts, dresses, jewellery or paintings, this hundred plus year-old flea market is not to be missed, a special marketplace. Local tradition has it that this is the original flea market, the first ever!

We got out of the metro at the end of line 4 in search for this market. First you have to fight your way through people selling cheap ripoff phones and stuff. Then a market full with cheap stuff, then when you survive that you...More

We have visited Paris many times but had never been to the St-Oeun flea market until our last trip. To say the flea market massive is an understatement. Extending for blocks, with almost two hundred shops in stalls in one building alone, a few hours...More

It was okay. Lots of the same stands over and over again. Guess you'll like it if you're a teenager looking for overpriced clothes or tourist bits.

You can find anything there - from rare old items to vendors with truck loads of new items. Best to take a car.

We arrived at Pt. de Clignacourt by Metro and were very apprehensive as we emerged above ground. It's not a nice neighborhood. After wandering around, I finally just asked "ou est les brocante" and we found our way there. The best way to get there...More

I have heard the flea market can be an overwhelming experience due to the enormity of it. This brief tour sets you up and provides enough friendly insight to help you navigate the market. What to avoid, how the stalls are established and set up,...More

I don't know much about the flea markets in Paris, and I hadn't planned on visiting one as my stay was only three days. On a Saturday we were on our way to Sacre-Coeur and we got off at the Lamarck-Calaincourt metro stop. Up the...More

Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and
styles which changes from one street to another. Ride
the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the

church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano

thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
