Saves a lot of time and money - didn't need to wait in many lines and allowed us to re-visit large museums we couldn't get through on first trip, or just quickly pop into parts of museums without feeling we wasted money. The metro pass...More

I purchased the Museum Pass online and it was delivered to my house in record time. Used it every single day of my Paris visit. An essential part of a Paris trip, in my opinion.

TLDR: The customer service with the Tourism Office is Amazing Despite all my preparation, I had a major scheduling error. The train was to come in after the pickup office closed and double that with a long holiday weekend (VE day and elections). I was...More

I purchased a public transportation pass on line. It was delivered to my home in the USA with 3 days. I used it extensively throughout my visit. The best value for my money for transportation from CDG down to Versailles.

But a 30 minute wait to speak to a person at 6pm on a Tuesday. Take a ticket and stand in line! Plenty of free information though, if you don't wish to wait, including great maps. 1842.

Bought pass on basis that it gave you skip the line tickets for the venues. This did not work, still standing in long lines so a lot of time required for attractions and that affected everything else. Did not benefit from complete hop on, hop...More

Louvre / Palais-Royal
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal,
this neighbourhood oozes luxury. The grand arches
along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front
of decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is
lined with the world’s best jewelers and their
glittering window displays. Every other establishment
has someone to open the door for you or park your car.
You can spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops

Urgent Help Required Double Booking done due to internet issue Refund needed I was trying to book the Paris Passlib'for 17 people. In the process of booking and making the payment the website got stuck after i entered my card details. I restarted the process since I was under the impression the booking had failed. This time I made the booking using another card. The transaction went through this time. After my second attempt was successful I got to know that my previous booking also money got deducted from my account and I got conformation email also. Now I got 2 bookings from the same email id. Please look into the matter urgently and help me get refund for one order. Regards, Ankit Shyamsukha.

Hello, I'm having trouble buying the Paris Passlib' passes online at parisinfo . com. What site did you use? I've tried three times now with no confirmation. The Office du Tourisme has not responded to my emails and they do not offer a customer service number. Thank you for your help! Heather
