I rode this city tour twice around the city. (It was cold and rainy.) Each trip followed a different route and presented different information and neither one of them followed the printed map. I had to wonder if this organization is tied in some way to the Office of Tourism, because the stops were usually in front of one of... More

We arrived in Paris very early in the morning and decided the best thing to do to see the city was a bus tour. As we walked around near the Eiffel Tower the big orange bus caught our eye. The driver was very helpful and showed us the prices, we had no cash on us at this point so the... More

This the cheapest HOHO bus that we saw in Paris. Overall the experience was nice. It covers major popular attractions and does not have too many routes to confuse you. For the price its is very good. Bus stops can be easily spotted near major attractions. We took the pass from the bus itself. However there are many hotel and... More

Definitely one of the cheap ones, if not the cheapest. Got us around where where we needed to go, so it worked for us....

We wanted hop-on/hop-off. We spent way too much time trying to find the bus- NO designated bus stops; or waiting for the bus- there were at least 1/3 fewer buses as other companies & they didn't come every 20 minutes as promised. The brochure said the last pick-up time at The Louvre was 6:55. At 5:30 the bus didn't stop.... More

Dear customer, Further to your message, on our brochure it is indicated that the last departue to do the full round tour from Louvre station is 5:15 pm and that the last pick up is 6:55 pm. All our tours are finishing at Notre Dame station as mentionned under the timetable of the brochure. We will try to find another... More

DONT USE! Absolutely no organisation in this company, driver barely looks at your ticket. The bus has no clear bus stops anywhere& the drivers stop at a different place everytime. Never use these, spend the extra €13 and use L'Open Bus Tour or Big Red Bus as they come every 5-10mins and we waited 30mins for a bus that never... More

Dear customer, I am sorry to read that our services did not give you satisfaction. All our buses make the same tour (yellow colour circuit during the day) and stop at our 10 stations. It might happen that we have to modify the circuit for exceptional circumpstances (for example in case of accident or if police close the street) but... More

This was VERY disappointing as they oversold their bus, they gave us wrong information to get on the bus therefore not allowing us to have seats together in our party of 4, even though we were in the front of the line. Difficult to take pictures as half of our group was downstairs and the other upstairs with the bus... More

Dear customer, I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy our bus tour. Our buses are composed of 53 seats on the top floor and 20 seats on the lower floor and there is a bus every 20 minutes, so it is extremly rare that the bus is full. During the tour there is a maximum of 20... More

The bus doesn't follow audio guide. It's not and excursion itself, just a few audio comments on main sights. No structure, no sense

Dear Sir, We are sorry that our City Tour did not give you full satisfaction. Our Sightseeing tour is audioguided and the comments give explanation about the main monuments of Paris (around 42 monuments depending if you did the day tour or night tour). In order to understand what happen, it would be helpful to know the date and the... More

Drivers seem to make up their own mind when and where to stop. Waited 45 min for a bus where we were dropped off and not one to be seen. Pay the extra and go elsewhere!

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
