I would come here on a pretty spring day when the air is warm and full of promise. Great and sexy views of the city.

Really impossible not to go over here if you are in Paris; apart from the presence of the cathedral of Notre Dame, this small island in the middle of the Seine, contains much of the history of this city. Not to be missed

Ile de la Cite / Ile Saint-Louis
Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,

Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,

No you can't put love locks on Pont des Arts anymore, in fact they removed them all. But you can try Pont Bir-Hakeim or some bridges aroumd Île de la Cité or Île Saint Louis, i saw quite some locks there.
