Note that the name may imply that this is part of the Louvre Museum. It is not, but if you have any interest in French wines this is worth a visit. Nicholas our guide gave one of the best descriptions of the Wine experience that...More
I've taken a lot of wine tours (at actual wineries) so I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I learned so much about French wines in particular and many facts about wines in general that I did not know. I learned how to...More
We used the Paris Pass to experience this facility and wine tasting. The tour was quite informative and the facility is very well done. They have taken a lot of effort to not only make it "first class" visually...but they also explain the whole wine...More
We had a wonderful time at this. Our guide was very informative and funny.
We didn't know what to expect but was not disappointed and learned a bit of history as well as tasted excellent wines. The layout beautiful and unique. Will be back.

The only thing we didn't like about this place is that even with a pre-booked time entry, we had to wait for almost an hour. The place was understaffed. Otherwise, the experience was good especially since it came free with the Paris Pass.
It might be worth it as part of a 'Paris Pass', but definitely a rip-off if you pay for it.
We paid 19 Euros for a tasting of 3 OK but very ordinary wines. NOT 3 glasses of wine, 3 tasting size- very small- glasses....More
Great self tour! Interactive even as your walk through without a guide. Three wine tastings and a bottle of wine at the end. Nice!
We utilized our Paris Pass which was a steal!

Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and
just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
