The entry under the Roman tower is very inspiring with huge blocks of stone then through into the Gothic Cathedral with massive tall space surrounded by beautiful stained glass is very memorable.

Had a great opportunity to be there, it was a awesome Place with Peace in mind, and of course ancient architecture is really a master piece.

.. of anybody's visit to Limoges. Centre of what might be called a Cathedral Quarter, it is a stunning example of French gothic churches. More to it, there are great gardens next to it, with superb views of the river below. Not to be missed.

Impressive to see. Check the beautiful glass-windows in the back. Was good to be almost alone in this big cathedrale.

Not only is this a lovely cathedral, but it has a fabulous garden area laid out behind it. Lots of trees and plants, lovely smells and colours. A little wet in places, but certainly worth visiting for this two-in-one sight

No, to my knowledge, entry is free. Go and enjoy. It’s well worth a visit. Don’t forget to visit he gardens behind the cathedral.
