The Tapisserie de Bayeax was an unexpected and very interesting find in our visit to Normandy. The brisk narration in English was key in understanding the unique significance of this work. The exhibition was also very well done.

The Bayeux Tapestry tells the interesting story of Norman conquest of England. An audio guide is included in admission and gives excellent commentary about the tapestry.

Well presented with appropriate commentary which brings it alive and makes sure that you don't miss any of the details. Only takes half an hour. If you're in Bayeux you really should go see for yourself.

I visited the museum with a tour to view the famous Bayeux tapestry. I found the audio headphones highly useful and I would reccommend them. I got a sense of the build up to the battle and I was not bored at all. Great
