Pierre led us through a magnificent tour of Normandy and the D-Day beaches! He proved to be an excellent historian when helped us to understand political, historical and geographic influences to the D-Day Allied landing. This was a great way for a multigenerational family with various knowledge levels to experience the beaches together! Make sure to attend the flag retreat... More

This is the cemetery featured in the opening and closing scene of Saving Private Ryan, and an essential stop if you have the day in Normandy. We planned to stay about an hour, but lingered for two, in no hurry to leave this moving place. We wandered, sat, took pictures, and looked down the coastline. We thought of the soldiers,... More

We spent two very full days with Vanessa. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodated all our needs and wishes. One day in Dieppe and the other focused around Juno beach. Thanks!

Vanessa picked us up at the church as planned and off we went. All the way to the furthest point of the tour she spoke about the D-Day landings and gave stories she had from soldiers who were there. At the first stop she gave us a brief explanation of what was planned and what went wrong, then we wandered... More

I visited Mont Saint Michel with two friends in September. Vanessa Letour of Normandy Panorama was our tour guide. To say that Vanessa added immeasurably to our experience that day is an understatement. I had been to Mont Saint Michel once before; however, my two friends had not. On my prior experience on my own I had merely visited Mont... More

I would have to say there are a lot of historians in this area and if you have to pick a company this is the one. Kathleen, was our guide and I have been in the US Military for over 20 years and she would have been an excellent military instructor for history of Normandy. I give her two thumbs... More

One of the most beautiful places on earth is fitting to be the final resting place for many who have given all during WWII. Whether you take a formal tour or go on your own, this is a must see location for any American (Brit or Canadian) who visits France.

We had a fantastic day with our guide Vanessa, a New Zealand Couple and a fellow from Australia. Everything was professional and organised. We were picked up as scheduled in a brand new minivan and after a quick pick up at Bayeux we headed to Mont St Michel. Vanessa was relaxed, informative and knowledgeable. We learnt a great deal about... More

My cousin fought in Normandy in WW2 and was killed in action on 2nd August 1944. My wife and made a trip to Normandy to pay our respects. We hired Pierre-Samuel from Normandy Panorama for two tours: The first was a ‘standard’ half-day tour covering the capture of Pegasus Bridge and the British / Canadian landings on the D-Day beaches.... Thank you for sharing your experience. We don't get many demands like yours so it was a delight to organize this with you. The fact that you planned this ahead gave us good time to prepare, and Pierre-Samuel was very dedicated to the researches. We're thrilled to read that it exceeded your expectations. Thank you for the five stars !... More
