Worth going to see the Monet and Bonnard. There is a nice Breugal (copy??) stuck in a corner too. Most of the work there is pretty dull to be honest. The contemporary work was suitably challenging but not much info about the artist. My husband...More

This is a good regional museum with some excellent pictures both old and more recent. The temporary Frits Thaulow exhibition made a most interesting supplement to the permanent display and made the visit of greater interest. Signage could be improved.
