GO here if you are visiting Monet's garden and have some time left over. It is cute little church and the graves of people are interesting, but otherwise, not really worth more time.

Took a lovely walk to see where Monet was buried along with other relatives of his. The church was such a quaint but pretty structure with a small cemetery behind the church. Sadly Monet's grave marker is cracked, but still worth seeing. Also several other WWII memorials on the grounds along with an ancient dolmen. Certainly worth the trip.

This is a small church at the upper end of the only street in Giverny. Its claim to fame is that it is whee Claude is buried. But if you go further into the cemeatary, there is a plot, bedecked with British flags, where seven or eight British airmen who dieds in a crash near Giverny are buried

We visited this church during our stay in Giverny. Music playing during our visit. Old hearse in the entrance at the back of the church which may have been used for Claude Monet's funeral - we visited his grave in the graveyard. Lovely old church with painted ceiling. Interesting history.

This is the church of the village of Giverny where Monet and his family are buried. Also buried there are the restorers of Giverny, Gerald Van des Kemp who was marked to an American, Florence.

Let me start by saying I am not much of a "church" or "cathedral" person. But this place wowed me. We had arrived at the gardens by 9:30 and were done in 1.5 hours... and were going to lunch nearby at Coin Du Pain'tre which didn't open until 12noon. So we continued our walk past the touristy cafeteria style restaurants... More

If you visit Monet garden, just another 15 minutes walk to see the tomb of Monet's family. Small church, but attended by Monet during his life time.

Delicate church perched high above the plain towards one end of the village. Stunning large painting and interesting stained glass make the interior a good experience. The memorial to the 7 Lancaster bomber crew that crash landed near by is well thought out.

We had a long hot walk up the road before arriving at this church and graveyard. The church is simple with a lovely antique organ in protective case. The family gravesite of the Monet family is simple as well.

We came primarily for Monet ' s grave, but also saw the church and cemetery. The church was simple and I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to see it. The grave wasn't much either unless you are a real Monet fan.
