We've enjoyed the Sand Hills Casino a few times, as it makes for a fun evening with friends. Beautiful building, and lovely accommodations being built nearby to support the establishment. A nice variety of slots and card tables. Meals are always a little hit and miss it seems, as we've not had an exceptional meal there, but always okay.

Buffet at Sand Hills advertises "prime rib" but actually serves "flank pot roast", a much cheaper/leaner/drier slice of beef. However, the beef short ribs and battered chicken tasted fine, with seafood selections that included pollock, crabs legs, fresh shrimp, and battered shrimp. Service was friendly but slow. Dessert selections of velvet cake and cheesecake were tasty.

First time visiting this casino, my other half and I made a day of it. We drove over 3 hours to get here and it didn't dissapoint, other than the location being out in the middle of nowhere (only part I didn't care for) we enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet which was a nice change of pace. Food was decent, and the drinks were good. Service was great, everyone was very helpful. Would go again but only if driving out that way. Too far for us to make it a reg thing.

My favorite part was going to Sandhills Casino for the first time and a short drive from Brandon. All the staff were really great from Security, Gold Club registration, staff on the floor, servers in the restaurant , Casino Cashier and Casino shift manager Divyesh Patel. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

We used to love their buffet. Now with Covid there is no buffet and the food in the lounge was awful. My husband had the New York Steak dinner. He asked for it medium rare. It came well done. It was very chewy. I had the prime rib dinner and it came like sliced lunch meat. Usually you get a piece of prime rib. The yorkshire pudding was tasteless. The gravy was very bland. We both had ceasar salads but instead of croutons there was soy beans. The dressing did not taste like ceasar dressing. The only good thing about our meals was the mashed potatoes. We have never had potatoes served so hot. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy this meal at all. We told the server but all she said was she was sorry. I really doubt that she told the cook about this.

The casino part was okay but you are required to use masks.

For starts it way out in the sticks improper signs to get there,The bar is terrible for meals and way over priced If you order a hamburger it like $8,00 for a real thin beef patty and that dos not include fries at all that's like another cost.Mcdonalds cheap hamburger patty is thicker what a joke .The ceaser are like $8.00 its a real terrible ceaser with a bq salt rim that tastes awful, and a huge dill pickle that was so tough like rubber.we also ordered chicken finger at $8.00 all you get is 4 tiny chicken wings the size of your thumb again it was terrible. You are better off going to South Beach were the food Is really good I would never again go back there.

I've been a few times to gamble, but had not ordered any food. Went to watch a friend's band play at the Oasis lounge and I will probably never eat here again. There were only a few tables there, so the drinks/food ordering was quick. But then only the first 2 meals came, and I was told mine was out, order something else. It was very loud with the band playing, so I pointed to a meal already on the table and said that. We realized the first 2 meals were missing the salad dressing. Third guest's meal was not placed when it was ordered and they brought me an incorrect meal. After the food was sorted we were there for around another hour, but were not checked on again, didn't even ask if we wanted more drinks. We watched them chop celery instead of serving us.

Resubmitted with corrections.

Visited this little casino and the casino is well located outside of Carberry and while the games are dun to play. the service in the restaurant was really bad. sa5 there for 10 minutes getting a menu or anything. in that 10 mins 2 other cpls walked in and were served immediately. after placing our order the waitress didn't return to the table even once to ask how everything was. Just threw the cutlery and salt and pepper on the table while walking quickly past. when I went to pay none of the servers knew who served our table. So no tip for u. food was very good.

We visited Sand Hills Casino for the 1st times Oct. 10th and 11th. The casino is small and easy to navigate. The slots were mostly newer and plenty to choose from. When you first walk in, there is seating with a lovely fireplace. There was always someone opening doors. Plenty of security and staff present, which is a plus. There is a self serve drink station. Nice clean bathrooms. There is a lounge and restaurant. The restaurant has a buffet which we tried once. It is expensive for what is offered. The prime rib was very good though. The servers were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our time here and would come back.
