Modern museum devoted to comic strips, etc. Quite pricey and is mainly for dedicated fans. Massive shop but no refreshments other than a vending machine and a small pop up cafe outside.

A must for any comics enthusiast. Great basic collection and special exhibitions. During 2018 Angouleme festival there was a special on Alix and also on arab comics.

The main display is very well laid out, with the items mostly in chronological order, and there are also separate rooms highlighting the work and skills of some of the local artists in the genrs

Saw this on the town website and decided to visit. Entry was 7 Euro for adults. There is a main display and 2/3 additional, more temporary displays. An interesting walk round the displays showing the evolution of comic strips. One is set up for children's...More
