Architecturally or historically, I do not really know its significance. However, we walked in seeing it was open, and found it profoundly inspiring. A choir was in the process of gathering and "tuning up" for a rehearsal. A "living" space.

This church is located on a main shopping street and the old stone of the main facade stands out against the modern shop window displays. So we nipped in. The interior was gloomy, dark and dull.

The Church in Town I believe has more to offer then this site. My impression is this is a facility for locals and their are better sites.

Great location - which is great as you can call many times as it is on a pedestrian shopping street. Bright interior. very prayerful. Warm

Arrived after the morning mass. Still smelt of incense and people were lingering. Obviously a church alive and well, not just a historic site.
