Look at the front of the church at the recycled stones. Probably Roman. I loved that. The church was built for Guillame VII. You'll see his grave inside on the right. The foundation stone is down on the left. Installed in 1086. The Pope was...More

Sublime simple church.Lovely surrounds. Inviting quiet and very few people visiting.Well kept clean and sublime.Quite and great place to spend time to reflect

We visited several churches in Poitiers. This church and Saint-Pierre Cathedral are two of the nicest. The acoustics in both churches are spectacular. It is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Interesting but nothing of special note. Welcoming and allows you to walk around freely. Interesting modern stained glass windows.
