Pick out a cafe (not the Yellow Van Gogh) and look at the other tourist and French people go by. Some roman coluns are incorporated into a building near the statue of Provcencial poet F Mistral.

A nice spot to relax after walking around Arles. There is a wooded park and many cafes surrounding the park.

This is the other main square in Arles and as the name suggests it has an ancient past and has some remains. Otherwise it is full of mid-priced restaurants geared to tourists.
