Our visit was excellent, the self guided tour very informative, and our tasting afterwards very rewarding. Our host, who’s name I have forgotten, was super, her English exceptional.
I have been involved in the wine industry for over 30 years, and I still learnt something new…Well worth the visit

We stopped at the winery for a tasting of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape varieties. We were greeted by Emily at the desk and she kindly provided us the information about their offerings. She was very knowledgeable of the different varieties and the specifics of each.
We were very pleased with our experience and grateful to Emily for her courteous service.

Very interesting and informative museum. We did the Prestige Tour, which included a tasting of 5 wines after the tour of the museum. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Did the prestige tour and tasting. The audio tour was well done and gave us a detailed understanding of the complete process. We had a fantastic tasting with Nicolas learning about each of the vintages, their aromas and taste. Purchased a bottle of my favorite- Les haute de barville. Highly recommend!

As part of a small tour, I went last week, knowing nothing about wine making. However, the museum is so well presented, I was able to understand the delicate and dedicated process of taking the grapes to the bottle, and I thoroughly enjoyed the information the displays provide. The highlight of our tour was wonderful Emeline, a knowledgeable sommeliere, who gave us a wine tasting I will never forget. Not only was she extremely well trained, she has a clear passion for her craft, and a lovely personality. She happily explained the complexity and notes of every of the 5 bottles we tasted and demonstrated to us why Châteauneuf-du-Pape is such a superior wine. Just a terrific time, overall. Thank you.

Was very excited by this tour from the reviews however we were left a bit disappointed.

The audio guide tour was very informative with pictures and items on display. However lacked interactivity to break up the 45 minutes of purely listening.

The audio guides were easy to use however you have to hold it by your ear for 45 minutes which was uncomfortable especially for our friend with shoulder issues. It would have improved the experience if they had given earphones.

There was also practically no seating so standing still for 45 minutes was tiresome not only for us but other visitors.

The wine tasting was great value however was very overcrowded. The member of staff was rushed off her feet dealing with reception and our tasting in another room.

But for €12 it is a bargain but would be better with the suggestions above.
