It is over rated. Quite uncomfortable and very hot in the Summer but from it you can have a nice view of Cannes and Antibes

Amazing castle, great walk! Beautiful nature on the islands, clearly worth the visit by boat there! Watch out for the heat under the sun if you do long walk

Went there, But not a quiet Place. It is swarming with People. Maybe it is better when it is offseason. The boat was 25 euro for 2.

We walked around the island and enjoyed the scenery both of the island and the coastline. We visited the abbeys shop, and bought a bottle of the excellent olive oil they produce.
