Breathtaking views and vistas are yours for the taking while exploring the narrow cobblestone streets of Eze. Lovely shops, art galleries and restaurants. An easy and economical bus ride from Nice, although be prepared to stand for the entire journey. It does get crowded.

Pretty tiny old village. Unspoilt and clean. Cobbled pathways, lots of uphill and steps with art shops and tourist shops. Only very small so an hour is plenty. We did all the little pathways plus photos in 20 mins although we wasn't bothered about looking round the shops. The main town where the bus drops you off is ok for... More

We went on a family holiday to Nice. Took the bus from Nice to Eze. The scenic views from Eze are breathtaking. The cobble stoned pathways are delightful - you lose yourself in another era!! The garden at the top is amazing and the views from the garden are breathtaking! Visit to Fragonard perfumery was very good. We had a... More

Great place to visit. Lots of cute little streets with small tourist and artist shops. Quite an uphill hike and stone streets can be slippy when wet and really busy in summer. Amazing views. Definitely worth a visit. Splash out on a drink in chateau eze at sunset for a romantic location

On our way home we decided to make a stop-over at the perfume producer Fragonard (sight-seeing opportunity of the fabrication), which, when we arrived had closed for lunchtime. Fragonard is right at the foot of the village of Eze, a village that, for security reasons (pirates), was built right at the top of mountain, almost like an aerie. As we... More

Although Ezé is a pretty town that what is on offer is limited. Besides the views and the gardens there is not much else to see.

Eze village is charming and medieval. The stores, coffee shops and restaurants are sophisticated and the view is amazing. Don't forget to visit the Jardin Exotique, it's really enchanting.

What a magnificent place! We spent a couple hours walking up the cobblestone streets that wind and twist through this medieval village. Everywhere you look it's gorgeous. Many of the old stone buildings house little shops that have things you don't see anywhere else, like beautiful old Limoges boxes. I wish now that I had bought one and not been... More

We had a lot of fun walking around this lovely old Village. This is what I imagine when I think medieval village in France, cobbled roads, tall towers and a lovely warm sense of history. The view from the top of the sapphire waters of the Cote D'azur is breathtaking.

When I visited Eze medieval village I felt like I was sent back in time: the streets or rather narrow cobblestone alleyways, the old stone buildings, the archways, fountains, the lanterns. It's what you travel half way around the world to see. Amazing.
