I was hesitant this stop on our tour of Eze and Monaco. I was really happy that we did. It's fun to hear about the whole process of perfume from the oil extracted from the flowers and to the chemists who develop the scents. It's...More

Suelen was my guide and made me feel welcome. She was engaging and enthusiastic about Fragonard, and made my visit a true pleasure. She was incredibly knowledgeable about each product and answered any question I had. I will definitely go here again the next time...More

The perfume workshop the museum offer, is an absolutely fantastic experience. Me and my sisters thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon of perfume-making. However, the tour of the museum and the surrounding area is great on it's own. The shop is beautiful - a definite must see!
As a guy, I was not particularly looking forward to this visit with the wife.... however I found it really interesting, our guide explained how they made different perfumes, ( she was excellent).

We had the same experience and was shocked that we were unable to reclaim our VAT back. What is difficult to understand is that the same company with the same purchased items do not offer the same customer service to every customer. Maybe that is why I’ve never heard of this perfume house in America. Not well thought out customer service. I would like them to offer the same high lev of service in Grasse as in Paris. That’s what makes a company world class.

We visited on our own. We did not do a tour package. Grasse is very doable without a tour guide. There are lovely little shops and even places to make your own perfume within the city and walking distance from the museum.
