It may not be the prettiest one, since there's almost no sand, but stones, it still is prime spot for a sunbathing, swimming or watching sunset around Nice. It's very convenient location makes up for lack of sand.

As other reviewers have made clear " beach" is maybe not the right description, no sand, just pebbles, which I would imagine are pretty uncomfortable to sit on with just a towel. So I went to Blue Beach, sun loungers, parasol and decking and matting to get over the pebbles, Yes, you have to pay for this, 23 Euros a... More

Like many others, I also wasn't aware that Nice has a pebble beach. It's super uncomfortable to walk on or go in the water if you don't have footwear on. The water is absolutely clean and looks blue in color which happens as the pebbles reflect the suns rays giving the water a milky blue shade.. Good place to hang... More

Stones, stones and more stones, no sand at all. One must wear shoes even to negotiate the stones into the sea which is in itself very difficult because of the steep drop off from the beach to the water. If you want a beach holiday try Cannes

Visited the place. Was served well. Good food. There is an entry fee (expected as this is a private beach), you pay extra for towels etc. Pretty reasonable. The beach is a pebble beach and the sun can scorch your skin. So watch it. If you have time to kill you can chill out here. But there are sooo many... More

Visited last week for a long weekend - not long enough. Beautiful beach and promenade. Can't wait to visit again for longer next time!

Seen only from the promenade, but not to my or my family liking - rocky beach with no sand. No way to use it with smallcjildren and of course - very expensive.

The name fits the description of the place perfectly. It's a beach with navy blue water. It's a very nice beach on a nice day. I didn't bother to swim this time just to take in the fresh air. If you like swimming or sun bathing then you find your spot just be sure to keep it because it's a... More

Our hotel had a deal, so this was our beach of choice.. I really really wanted a couple of days on the beach doing nothing and that is exactly what you can do! I think there is a bit of a hierarchy about which lounger you have- ie you pay more to be in the front row- but it doesnt... More
