The flower market in Nice is a must for visitors.. Flowers plants and much more. Sachets of lavender, artisan soaps, dried vegetables, food stalls, artists etc. A nice way to spend n hour nd then a walk along the promenade des Anglais by the sea

These markets are open every morning except Monday when it is an antique market. There is colour everywhere with the fresh flowers and produce not to mention all the cafes and restaurants buzzing with people. Enjoyable experience.

This area is always high on my list of places to visit when in Nice. It changes from flower and food market in the morning to restaurants in the afternoon and evening. There are lots of places selling a whole host of different dishes but...More

Always visit here as soon as we arrive in Nice. It’s not cheap but the produce on the stalls is superb. Lovely flowers, foods & gifts. Local bars & restaurants in abundance to taste amazing fish & local dishes.

On the days we were in town the flower and produce market was in progress in the mornings - the former picturesque but not transportable on a flight home, with the latter affording some unusual purchases such as tapenade equivalents made from courgette flowers, beans,...More

On Monday, the flower (and veggies and fish) market puts on the chapeau of the French flea/antique market. All those tents and tables hold such treasures requiring a much longer perusal than a tour group allows. There was this vase, it called to me, but...More

Lovely street used for flower markets. Very vibrant and colourful. Worth a stroll in the morning to see the locals stocking up

This is a nice and small-ish market that's an easy stroll in the Vielle Ville. There are other markets in Nice that are less touristy and more local, but this one is nice.

The market is open every day but Monday. Tuesday to Saturday open times is 06:00-17:30 and Sunday 06:30-13:30. I found that before 8 AM not all the stalls are open yet. So go after that.

Yes, mainly house plants and flowers. Well worth an hour strolling and perhaps coffee and a pastry.
