We didn't see a single soul on our visit here - maybe the place wasn't even open - who knows? Anyway, we had a prance around the exteriors of the various observatories and enjoyed the overlooks of Nice. Enjoyed ourselves, on our own.

Although we didn't check beforehand, the observatory was closed, and the road to it was blocked, so we can't even see it from the outside or as a viewpoint over Nice - shame.
