Distinctive, original and authentic, the Nicoise cuisine is a mirror of the region: a fascinating combination of tastes and cultures, shaped by the sunlight and defined by the beauty of its simplicity.

Passionate local guide who mixes history and culinary knowledge.

15 tastings (incl. olive oil and wine) from the best market stolls and best artisan shops.

Marion is a wealth of knowledge about the area, Nice and the food. We were sad the tour ended. 5 days later we went back to old town and knew where to go for the best of everything. We brought home some olive oils and my husband is ready to order more. Do not eat before the tour. There is... More

We booked this tour for our second day in Nice. Marion asked if we could reschedule to the afternoon we arrive because the other guests wanted the tour exclusively in French and she wanted to make sure that we would all enjoy our tours. She accommodated our tour time to allow us time to get settled in after our train... More

We went on a very memorable enjoyable and great walking eating and wine tour with Marion. She was very knowledgeable about her city Nice and its history. We enjoyed learning about the origin of their food and sampling along the way. Shared many laughs with friends.

What a wonderful experience! Got to sample 20+ regional specialties from sweet to savory to olive oil and wine. Doty (our guide) was fantastic. Really informative on the history of the area and knew all the best shops. My only suggestion on this tour is don't eat breakfast before you go! yummy and fun! Made me want to live in... More

We booked this tour via the British Airways website, having never done anything like this before. There were 8 in our group and Marion was our guide. She was charming, knowledgeable and had lots of anecdotes and historical info about Nice and the assortment of food available. We visited some hidden gems of artisan shops which we wouldn't have found... More

My wife & I did this tour with Doty on our first day in Nice and it was fabulous. Doty gave us a very good insight into the history of Nice, particularly the Old City and introduced us to some of the Nice delicacies. The oil tasting was great & the little food feast she prepared for us at the... More

My husband and I have been on several food tours when travelling around the world so when booking this food tour we expected the same level of insights and quality of food. We have to say that we were disappointed in this food tour. First of all, our guide repetitively asked us to rate the tour on TripAdvisor even before... More

We actually went on this tour a few years ago but it really made an impression on us. Loved the background story on the Niçoise salad, olive oil and cheese tasting. Great way to see the city and the fantastic food on offer.
