We stayed here for one week during late May, '2017. The village is quite small with most access by small pathways. Much driving is in exceptionally tight spaces - very nerve wracking. High focus on the tourist trade with heavy population of art galleries and...More

Some of the best Art studios/Ateliers in any of the hill villages of France, although not cheap, probably because of it's enormous popularity - the second most visited village in France!

This is my favorite town in south of France. It's a little castle town with beautiful architecture with combination of modern art. We almost missed it as we already went to Eze the day before and thought that they are similar. Since we rented a...More

Gorgeous example of a fortified Provencal town. If you're into art, go. Two mins to the Foundation Maeght, and there are tons of studios and galleries in St Paul de Venice too. Easy to see why the town inspires artists and collectors.

Very touristy but a beautiful old village. The best times to visit are the evening and early in the morning when the coach loads of tour groups are not around.

This is a place not to be missed! One of my all time favourites. It's like a candy shop for art lovers, so attractive and romantic!

An amazing place for a day of just wandering small meandering streets within a fortified city visiting art galleries and restaurants. Highly recommended place in the cote d'azur

A walk through the town and around the ramparts is good. The views, especially on a sunny day, are breathtaking. Plenty of shops to pop in and visit.

To be on the safe side, look at the internet for the galleries you are interested in.
