The church was beautiful and very similar to the beautiful cathedrals in Italy. It was open and we were able to walk around the inside of the church. We were all very surprised that the authorities allowed the hotel to be built directly and closely behind the church. This church visit was a highlight of our visit to this city.

The basilique is the most beautiful monument in the city. You must visit it. During winter there is a music and light show on it check my pictures.

I have been into this church on several occasions. It is such a lovely place to sit for a while. I went in while a wedding was being conducted.

A well maintained church in a little town (a town with many tourists and parking to pay), with in nice and beautiful facade. One has the impression the churched is fairly well used which is very positive.

If you like visiting Catholic churches this is a very good one. It dates from the late 19th century, and was designed to attract visitors / tourists to Sainte-Raphael. The windows big attraction here: they are by Gabriel and Jacques Loire of Chartres. It's not stained glass (not painted) but solid glass set in concrete. Magnificent to see the sun... More

Not far from the waterfront is this beautiful cathedral. Spend some time looking around and sat for a while. The detail and character is great. If you have a few minutes walk up and have a look.
