Great service, comfortable chairs and great service. We really enjoyed relaxing day on the beach and accommodations of beach boy provided for us. You. An order anything you want for lunch right to the beach. Food was delicious and wine was very cold.

I've been there many times but today was a bit weird. The beach still had a lot of seaweed on it and absolutely stank. So much so that there were some restaurants we didnt want to eat in. Very strange with the Cannes film festival starting in two days. Usually the beach is perfect but with today's smell, I just... More

We visited in April so the water was extremely cold but the beach was lovely, not very busy. It is very easy to get here, just follow the signs for plage from Saint Tropez and there are various car parks. I wonder if there are enough spaces at the height of the summer? The beach was very clean and although... More

This is a must see beach. Fabulous. Also see Tahiti beach and Escalet. Spend 1 day at each. Water sports, jet ski, water skiing, available at Tahiti and Pampelonne.

Perhaps the most famous beach in France? And not only for the summer months. Enjoy out-of-season, when some beach clubs remain open. Head for Key West and a wonderful lunch. Sadly Le Club 55 is not open all year and certainly not to be missed - reservations recommended. Wonderful swimming from this perfect sandy beach and in summer beautiful people... More

I was surprised to see how long this beach was! I find that so many of the beaches in Europe are short, or small bays so this was a nice surprise. Plus it was soft sand.....again lots of the beaches in Europe are pebbles vs. sand. We spent hours just sitting around and strolling. Yes, you do see chunks of... More

Lots of parking options, free in October as the bars were closed. Many beaches do not allow dogs but there were several here in October running freely with their owners. Very quiet beach used by some naturists too. Sand is coarse so good for digging hollows to escape the wind. Lovely view of the pine clad headland and lighthouse. Close... More

Love them or hate them , an organized beach area, steep sandy declines to the sea complete with seaweed. Some areas need you to use beach club facilities but you can walk along the shoreline without any bother. Gritty sand underfoot.
