My boyfriend and I went on the half day wine tour with Sébastien Girard and it was fantastic! Sébastien is super knowledgeable and fun- I learned so much about vineyards and enjoyed delicious wine along the way. I would definitely recommend this tour, and I'd go again next time we're in Lyon!

Sebastián picked us up from our hotel as requested.There were four of us from Sydney travelling together.I had organised the tour over internet after seeing reviews on Tripadvisor.
a fantastic day had by all.From learning about wine to drinking it.
We had a great lunch overlooking the wineries what great scenery.
Sebastian's friend Domenique is a great cook.
Finished the day visiting a little French villages called Oingt.
Sebastián is a great guide extremely interesting and fun.

Searched trip advisor and decided to contact this tour. I got a quick response and quote from Sebastien. We decided to do a half day Lyon city tour and whole day wine tasting tour. We did the Lyon city tour upon our arrival from Thailand so we were quite exhausted from the journey and time change but Sebastien was very understanding and without wanting us to miss the important things in Lyon, suggest that we can finish up the city tour on the day of our wine tasting tour as there are only two of us. Sebastien is very knowledgeable about the history and you can tell that he loves his city and would like for others to know about his city. He is always happy to answer questions and explain things very clearly. The wine tasting tour was very good. He took us to two vineyards in the Beaujolais region and gave a good explanation of the whole wine production and tasting process. He then took us to Dominique's for lunch and it was the best lunch ever! Dom's is a B&B place which she almost single handedly run by herself. Her cooking is really good, I loved her salad. If we have a chance to go back to that region, we will definitely stay at Dom's place instead of the city. When the tour was done Sebastien gave us his name card with his cell number and told us that if we run into any problem in Paris (as we are heading there next) we can call him anytime! Which was a very nice gesture and we really appreciated it. We highly recommend this tour to whom ever will travel to Lyon and the Beaujolais area.

Wine was good but, I felt a lot was cut out. Not sure if it was a busy time, but we did not follow itinerary. It all felt rushed and cut short.

Sebastien was great and we had a wonderful day with him on a customized tour of the Beaujolais and his family's winery. He picked us up in his van, and he designed a day for us visiting the wonderful Beaujolais village of Oingt (designated one of the most beautiful villages in France, he gave us detailed information about the village's history), and then his family's winery. We had a charcuterie snack (all locally sourced meats and cheeses) while tasting his wines and learning about the winery and the family owned vineyards in the region. We learned quite a bit and realized that Beaujolais really does create some pretty great wines from the gamay grape as well as a very refreshing chardonnay. We brought some of his wine home for a special family occasion in the future. Would very much recommend his tours. Sebatien's English is great (lived and worked from a London base for a number of years), is very personable and gives a great local perspective that you just can't get from a book or touring on your own.

My husband and I had a 2-day tour with Sebastien, one day of Beaujolais, then other of the north Rhone. Sebastien chose the wineries, dining, etc. We had a fantastic time, Sebastien really made it a great trip!!

What an incredible experience! We booked a half-day wine tour from Lyon not expecting much as we have done many wine tours in the past. This one was exceptional! It ended up lasting six hours due to the exuberant passion of our tour guide Sebastien Girard. In six hours he taught us what would seem to be six months of teachings on the growth of vines and turning them into wine. A MUST-DO TOUR IF YOUR IN THE LYON REGION.

We have traveled throughout wine regions of France with many guides. Today however, we were blessed to be with Sebastian. No words can express his kindness, caring and sharing of wine knowledge. He went out of his way to make our Beaujolais visit so very enjoyable. If there were 6 stars he would get 7!

We went on a tour with Sebastien over a year ago, and we still can't stop talking about it. We were able to bring a few bottles of wine home, and they are still just as good as we remember from tasting then in the wine cellar (if not better with age).
Sebastien was incredibly accommodating and he introduced us to a part of France that we definitely would have missed out on otherwise. He even picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. He speaks perfect English, and is a delight to be around. To our knowledge, he is the best tour guide in the history of Europe, and also other continents.

Eight of us booked a private day tour with "Lyon is Yours" and spent a fabulous day with Sebastien!
We were traveling on Viking and after reading reviews on trip advisor we went rogue and booked outside of Viking. It was a perfect choice, Sebastien is knowledgeable, fun and extremely personable.
We all wish we had booked a second day to visit the vineyards with him.....next trip!!

Nous serons à Lyon la semaine du 19 octobre (cadeau pour notre petit-fils de 10 ans) et aimerions visiter la ville avec un guide privé soit le 20 ou le 22 octobre 2015. Mon mari et moi ont 80 ans +, sommes bien à pied mais avec des limites.

As you can see most of the comments are related to Lyon city tours and the wine tours..
But as you said i do as well some private tours to Perouges and Annecy as a daily tour.
