This place is very goog to wander, to see the animals and birds. But it is also good to read a book, to think, or just to be with ourselves.

Zoo Karlsruhe is located near the Centralstation and serveral entries. There are many different species of animals. The new exotic-house is great here you can drink coffee meanwhile a brown-throated sloth is above you. Brown and Icebears have small enclosures. If you want to take...More

Although the address in internet doesn't take you to the main entrance, follow signs to the Hbf. Lots of space for strollers and green space for the kids to run around.

A very well designed zoo which makes you feel like you are in a park. It allows us to view the animals up close. You could also take a boat ride on the lake with ducks swimming around you. Restaurants, ice cream stands, resting points...More

Located opposite the train main station , so you cannot miss it. I am very impressed by the layout and design of the zoo and how it fits in the area close to residential buildings. A place worth visiting with kids.

A very well organized place. Although people object on the zoo concept, this one was a place where the animals were treated with dignity, in roomy places. The boat cruise is unique. Highly recommended

A nice zoo with beautiful gardens. Some peculiar and exciting animals. Don't miss going by boat on the small lake in the middle of the zoo. All fish will come and meet and greet you :)

This is wheelchair friendly, as there are walking paths and you should be able to see the monkeys from your wheelchair. I did not take the boat ride so I would contact the zoo directly about access to the boat. Enjoy your... More

From what I remember, the park was very accessible. We saw many people with wheelchairs, strollers, twin-strollers, etc., which had access to everything we went to. As far as getting to the Zoo, we stayed at the Novotel... More
