Food markets are always a treat to visit when you are on a holiday. This small covered market in a art deco building is a real gourmet place. Stands with fresh local produce and speciality stalls with treats from Italy, Spain and Turkey. Upstairs are shops that sell kitchenware and gifts. As the market in right in the center of... More

There was an abundance of market stalls with everything you can imagine. Beautifully displayed fresh foods including cheeses, meats, breads, sweets, olives. There were also floral items and a cafe upstairs. Pretty building as well.

This covered market is for food lovers like visiting a museum for history lovers .. The way food is displayed is just perfect .. The quality the variety and quantity of food . The cleanest market you can visit . Not to forget the fabric and Xmas decorations in the upper floor .

Nice market with so many mouthwatering choices. Clean. Tight quarters though, hard to get a stroller through. Worth a visit if you are in Stuttgart.

WOW!!!! What a feast for the eyes..... and the tummy if you have an apartment and are buying your own food.... make sure you go upstairs where there are small shops selling homewares and some clothing ... there's also a restaurant upstairs that looks great but we didn't eat there....

Nice, but if you have visited others, in Italy (Florence), in Spain (Barcellona) or in Hungary (Budapest), you will feel cheated and like you waisted your time.

It was a rainy day, so it was really nice being in a market that is indoors. The smells here are amazing. So much variety and specialty shops. You can find amazing things to do with food here.

If it's edible and you can't find it in this market you won't find it anywhere in Stuttgart. A fabulous place to explore all things food and talk with real butchers and cheese mangers etc. 3-4 first rate restaurants inside also. A real treat for foodies
