The Eremitage garden is very beautiful, and perfect for a leisurely stroll. The park is a combination of strictly planned and well-tended natural. There are various follies, man-made grottoes, pagodas, and in particular beautiful waterworks around the garden. The palace is also beautiful, and very...More

We had coffee and excellent cakes here and wandered in the stunning gardens for a while. The fountains are beautiful, they run for a few minutes at the top of the hour. It's well worth the wait, especially on a hot day.

A very nice park, a nice walk (wheelchair ok) and a nicely maintained ancient park and buildings. Great architecture.

We visited in winter, a lot of the statues and fountains were covered but it was still stunning. I imagine that in a few months the gardens and parklands would be wonderful. It is well worth a visit.

Really well kept gardens, we didn't go inside the castle. One of the best gardens I've seen. Really nice style of building.

You can reach Hermitage very easily buy public bus from ZOH. It takes 20 mins. to get there from ZOH and has a very mild atmosphere because of the trees in its garden.
