This was ours second time in Munich and the Odeonsplatz never disappoints. So much history to see and experience in Munich.

Place with a lot of statues, buildings, streets and history in the middle of Munich. There are tons of historic photos showing Odeonplatz.

I stayed near Odenplatz in my recent visit. This is very close to Marienplatz and all other tourist attractions. There's a beautiful church. If you have time, spend some time there.

Named after the former concert hall, the Odeon, Odeonplatz is a large square in central Munich. It houses important buildings, like the Odeon. the Palais Leuchtenberg, Siemens Headquarters. It can be easily reached by U-Bahn.
Sorry but we travel a lot and it is a square surrounded by fake buildings with painted facades. Fair enough when you are passing to English Garden, etc but we didn't even stop.
